CHANGE INSPIRE 2023 — Tegeta Holding - the sponsor and participant of the largest tech conference in Georgia

The largest international technology conference in Georgia was organized by HT Solutions. Tegeta Holding was one of the sponsors and participants of Change Inspire 2023. Four different stages were presented at the large-scale conference this year, where speakers talked about several key topics: digital transformation, DevOps, cyber security and Big Data.

At the conference, representatives of the leading local and international companies shared their experiences. Nika Kokhodze - Digital Transformation Advisor of “Tegeta Holding” was among the speakers with the topic - Digital craftsmanship of the automotive industry. He shared with the audience the ways of dealing with digital challenges, Holding’s vision and experience in technology, on the model of Tegeta.

Based on available data, processes are constantly being improved.

Digitization in the auto industry, that was the main point of “Tegeta” at this conference, and I think that we provided the representatives of the field with interesting and diverse news, on the model of the large brands of the industry and Tegeta.”

In the final section of Change Inspire 2023, a panel discussion was held on the topic “Eagle Eye view on IT Departments”, where, together with the directors of TBC and Veli Store, the Executive Director of “Tegeta Holding” gave a speech.

At Change Inspire 2023, Porsche simulators were presented in the Tegeta Holding’s space. The participants of the conference had the opportunity to get the full experience of driving the vehicle. At the end of the day, three best participants were awarded Porsche branded accessories.

Today “Tegeta Holding” is a golden partner of SAP in Georgia, and 14 years ago it was the first company that shifted the full cycle of its business processes to SAP. At the moment, several SAP products have been implemented in the company, which makes the processes of the multi-brand company fully digitalized.

As part of the digital transformation, “Tegeta Holding” is actively introducing various services. E-commerce direction and Tegeta online store shop. tegetamotors.ge are notable among them. Processes in the company’s service centers have already been digitized as much as possible, a queue management system has been implemented, and the use of paper has been reduced to a minimum within the framework of the green office concept. Only in 2022, as a result of this project, about 1000 trees were saved from being cut.

Today, the world’s giant automotive brands announce that they will fully shift to E-commerce by 2030. “Tegeta Holding” is also following the pace of digitization of partner brands. Tegeta is the first company on the Georgian market, offering customers the possibility of online car purchase and configurators. In the market of Georgia and the region, the company exclusively represents such well-known brands as Porsche, Volvo, Toyota, Mazda. Partners of the Holding in the direction of trucks and special-purpose equipment are: MAN, JCB, HINO and other large brands.

Soon Tegeta will offer its customers a unique mobile application, which will be a completely new step in simplifying car ownership. Through the application, the customers will have access to the history of his car, services and changes. Through the application, it will be possible to book services online and the Tegeta online store will be integrated into it.

Tech conference Change Inspire 2023 has been held in Georgia since 2018 and is an evolution of the annual DevOps Inspire conference. Within the framework of the event, mainly IT managers, engineers and heads of IT departments of various companies share the latest technological achievements with each other. This year the conference was held in Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers and was attended by about 500 people.
