As part of this service, customers can contact a dedicated personal manager, who will arrive at their location, assess the vehicle’s condition, transport it to a service center, arrange for all necessary repairs, ensure that they are completed, and then return the vehicle to the address designated by the customer. Additionally, Tegeta Comfort includes on-site battery replacement and installation services.

The service is available via two channels: by calling our call center on 0322264444, or through the Tegeta app. Once a request is submitted, it is routed to a dedicated personal manager, who responds within 10 minutes at most.
The service is available in Tbilisi and Batumi. On arrival, a member of the Tegeta Comfort team inspects the vehicle so that its condition is assessed in detail before it is taken to a service center. After agreement with the customer and a review of the technical details, the vehicle is transferred to the appropriate Tegeta Motors center. The customer receives the service as quickly and comfortably as possible.
Payment can be made by cashless methods: either by bank transfer when the contract is signed, or on-site via a POS terminal.
